Services

At Momentum Sports Rehab we provide physical therapy for all kinds of outpatient orthopedic injuries. These injuries include, but are not limited to, pre and post surgical conditions, sprains, strains and general orthopedic pain such as low back and/or neck pain.

We also perform functional capacity evaluations for the injured worker and for people requiring this evaluation for determination of disability benfits.

Finally, our patients range from student athletes to retired people. No matter what your age or situation, we have the education, technology and capability to quickly and effectively treat your condition.
